in classes with the assistance and supervision of their parents or legal

pages from latogo.de for personal use, subject to the restrictions set forth in

selling, renting, sub-licensing, translating, reproducing, modifying,
duplicating, or copying materials from latogo.de. However, subject to your
compliance with these Terms, Latogo grants you a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable license to access and view any Latogo Content solely for your
personal and non-commercial purposes.
6. Payment Policy
6.1 General Payment Terms
To use our Payment
Services, you must first register and create a Latogo Account in accordance
with our Terms. We offer various class packages for our Paid Services, allowing
you to choose the one that suits your needs best. Payment for Paid Services is
required in advance.
Details of the different
class packages and prices can be found on our website at https://www.latogo.de/view.
You have two choices for
accessing our services:
Monthly Subscription: This option renews every 4 weeks automatically.
One-Time Sessions: These
are individual sessions without committing to a recurring
subscription.
We reserve the right to
change the package fees at any time, with reasonable notice emailed to current
customers.
6.2 VAT (Value Added Tax)
Regulations
1. Applicability of VAT:
Latogo is obligated to charge and apply VAT according to European and Estonian
tax regulations.
2. VAT Rules for EU Customers:
a) Business Customers with a Valid VAT Number:
o
If the customer is a business
based in the EU and provides a valid VAT number, no VAT will be charged (0%
VAT).
o
The validity of the VAT
number can be verified on the European Commission website.
b) Customers Without a
Valid VAT Number:
o
If the customer is a
business or private individual based in the EU and does not provide a valid VAT
number, Estonian VAT of 22% will be charged.
3. VAT Rules for Estonian Customers:
o
For all customers based
in Estonia, whether private individuals or businesses, Estonian VAT of 22% will
apply.
4. Customers Outside the EU:
o
For customers based
outside the EU, no VAT will be applied (0% VAT).
5. Customer Responsibility:
o
It is the customer's
responsibility to provide a valid VAT number during the booking process or
before the invoice is issued. If no VAT number is provided, VAT will be charged
according to the rules mentioned above.
7.
Term
and Termination
Your Latogo subscription
may be terminated if, after enrollment, your credit card expires, is canceled,
lost, or invalidated. In such cases, Latogo will reach out to you, providing an
opportunity to update your registration details. Additionally, your
subscription will be concluded if your credit card fails to recharge
successfully or if the subscription renewal process is not completed
successfully.
The commencement of an
online language classes with Latogo starts at the specified time outlined in the
order confirmation.
For those subscribing to
a monthly plan for online language classes, the agreement is
established for a four-week period and automatically renews for additional
four-week intervals, unless you or Latogo terminate the agreement before the
conclusion of the ongoing subscription term.
The validity period for
purchased credits extends for one year from the date of purchase. However, the
redemption of these credits is only applicable during an active subscription to
our online language classes or within the duration
of an upfront payment.
In
the case of Latogo's automatically renewing subscription-based Paid Service,
your credit card will be charged automatically at the conclusion of your
existing subscription term. Unless you opt to cancel, your subscription will be
renewed for an identical duration. The subscriptions remain active throughout
the subscription period, irrespective of whether the subscribed Paid Service is
actively used. To ascertain the duration of your subscription.
To cancel your
subscription, you can use the subscription cancellation option in text
form or access the "My Profile" section in your user account,
utilizing the designated button for this purpose.
If you choose an one time session the agreement is formed for the chosen contract duration. Such upfront payment online language classes do not renew automatically.
Withdrawal Instructions
If you are a consumer as, you have the right to withdraw from contracts with Latogo in
accordance with applicable legal provisions. A consumer, for the purposes of
these General Terms and Conditions (GTC), refers to any natural person
utilizing Latogo's services for purposes not predominantly associated with
their commercial or independent professional activities.
You have the right to
withdraw from this contract within 14 days without stating any reasons.
The withdrawal period
expires 14 days after the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of
withdrawal, you must notify us (HalloLatogo OÜ, Sepapaja

Tallin, +37281597480, email: support@latogo.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract
through an unequivocal statement.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this
contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery
costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day
we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will
carry out the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the
initial transaction.
If you requested the
commencement of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an
amount proportionate to the services performed until you have informed us of
your withdrawal from this contract, compared to the overall coverage of the
contract.
Latogo Credits
Latogo Credits are a
virtual currency tied to the US Dollar, which can be purchased from HalloLatogo
OÜ. We are not responsible for any currency fluctuations that may occur when
you pay in a currency other than USD. These credits can only be used on our
website to purchase class packages and hold no value outside of Latogo.
To acquire Latogo
Credits, you can use PayPal or a third-party payment method, such as a debit or
credit card, to pay the required amount. By providing your payment information,
you authorize us to charge the designated payment method for the specified amounts
on the payment page. Once the transaction is successful, the corresponding
amount of Latogo Credits will be added to your Student Wallet.
Please note that
authorized payments are final, and no refunds will be provided for purchased
Latogo Credits.
8. Cancellation Policy:
- Latogo will not be responsible and will not refund any
class credits for classes booked on the wrong dates or times.
- It is your responsibility to adjust class bookings
accordingly if you need to travel between time zones or if there are
regional timezone changes.
- Live classes must be scheduled at least 24 hours in
advance.
- If a teacher cancels a class in advance, you will
receive a full refund.
- In the event that a teacher misses a live class, you
can request a full refund.
- If the start time of a class is rescheduled, you can
request a full refund.
- Cancelling classes less than 24 hours in advance will
result in the loss of credit, regardless of the circumstances.
- To be considered attended, you must join the class no
later than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. Attending afterward
will result in the loss of credit.
- If you fail to attend a class due to reasons for which
Latogo is not responsible (such as health, job, technical issues, personal
matters, etc.), Latogo will not refund the class. It is your
responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and have the
necessary technical settings, such as a microphone or speakers.
- If any problems occur on Latogo's side within 10
minutes after the class's start time, you can leave the class and report
the issue (teacher no-show or technical error) via email within 48 hours.
We will refund your credit accordingly.
Feedback Policy:
- After confirming a successful live class, you will have
the option to provide feedback and a rating for the teacher.
- Providing feedback and rating is optional, but if you
choose to do so, you agree not to artificially manipulate a teacher's
rating, engage in fraud, spam, insult, harass, threaten, or intentionally
misuse the feedback system.
9. Termination of Services
We
reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site at any time and without
prior notice, for any reason. In such cases, we have no obligation to you or
any third party. Termination may result in the removal and deletion of all
information associated with your account. Certain provisions of this Agreement
will continue to apply even after termination, including ownership provisions,
warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability. Any suspension
or termination will not release you from any outstanding obligations, including
payment obligations, and no refunds will be provided. Upon suspension or
termination, your license to use the Services will be immediately revoked upon
notice from us.
Iframes: Altering
Visual Presentation
You are prohibited
from creating frames around our web pages or using any techniques that modify
the visual presentation or appearance of our website without obtaining prior
approval and express written permission.
10. Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a
dispute between you and Latogo, our aim is to resolve it quickly and
cost-effectively. Therefore, you agree that any claim or controversy arising
out of this Agreement, or the Latogo Services will be resolved through
negotiation. Before pursuing other options, you agree to contact us directly
for dispute assistance by reaching out to our Customer Service.
11. Modification of the Terms
The
company reserves the right to modify these conditions as it deems necessary.
Your continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of any adjustments to
these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will notify you
by posting an announcement on key pages of our site. For any changes that
affect the use of Personally Identifiable Information, we will notify affected
individuals via email. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our
